Day 1

Depart the U.S.A. for Italy!

Day 2

Arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport - meet with escort, board Motorcoach and drive to Venice Lido Hotel. Balance of day at leisure + Dinner + overnight at Hotel.

Day 3

Meeting room at hotel for short orientation, then transfer to Venice St. Mark's by private motorlaunches. Meet with local English speaking guide for half-day tour on foot of Venice. Remainder of day at leisure in Venice with escort for painting. Return transfer to Lido Hotel. Dinner on own + overnight at Hotel.

Day 4

Round-trip transportation from Lido to Venice by private motorlaunches and with tour escort, full day at leisure for painting. Return to Lido for dinner on own. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5

After breakfast - depart into Cortona to the slopes of an olive tree clad hill. Check in and dinner at a Hotel in Cortona.

Day 6

Spend all day painting in Cortona, see the Cathedral and the several churches (St. Margaret, St. Francis, St. Dominic). Return to the hotel for overnight.

Day 7

After breakfast, leave Cortona to Gubbio, a city spread out over the slopes of Monte Ingino. Spend the full day painting, the Old Town, the Consul's Palace, the Ducal Palace and several small churches. This town has well preserved palaces, small squares of Medieval Age. Return to Cortona for overnight.

Day 8

Depart Cortona to Arezzo to visit the Church of St.Francis with frescoes by Piero Della Francesca. Time at leisure + lunch on your own. Departure onto Monterchi for short stop to see the precious fresco by Piero Della Francesca. Continue then onto Anghiari to see the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie with the Last Supper by Sogliani. Continue onto Florence for dinner and overnight.

Day 9

After breakfast, meet with your local English-speaking guide for half day sight seeing tour of Florence, the "cradle of Italian Arts and Renaissance". Visit the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Belltower, and the Baptistry with the Bronze Doors by Ghiberti and its mosaics. End your tour in Piazzale Michelangelo, where you will spend balance of day painting. This is the ideal place due to the wonderful Terrance overlooking Florence. Overnight in Florence.

Day 10

Full day at leisure for individual activities, painting or shopping. Don't miss a visit to the Uffizi Gallery (with Botticelli's Collection among which the Birth of Venus and the spring); or to the Academy of Fine Arts (with famous Michelangelo's David) ... or you can just browse around to find a place for the last painting. Overnight.

Day 11

Departure transfer from hotel to airport.
