glance underwater (not without diving goggles, of course)
in the Coral Reserve, situated along the shore of the
Gulf of Aqaba, usually suffices to captivate even the
most skeptic spectator. You will find here an enthralling
combination of the most variegated corals, which together
create picturesque "gardens" and a habitat to myriad multicolored
tropical fish: colorful butterfly fish, many-hued parrotfish,
mullus, and many more. Numerous invertebrates can be found
on the reefs, such as various sea anemones, the giant
clam and its smaller brethren, as well as night fish that
emerge as evening falls. All the above are only part of
the inexhaustible list of creatures of the reserve. Coral
Beach reserve is one of the world's most famous underwater
reserves. The heart of the reserve is the coral reef that
runs parallel to the shoreline for 1,200 meters. This
is the most northerly coral reef in the world, and the
